There’s nothing more Italian than pizza and at the end of your lesson you’ll have learned enough skills to test your hand in your home kitchen.

After a stroll of the grounds, head out to the Renaissance town of Pienza, known for its Pecorino sheep milk cheese, and then to the hilltop town of Montepulciano, the capital of the Val d’Orcia region. Your private driver will show you some Florentine inspired architectural favorites, like the Michelozzo designed town hall, and explain the importance of wine-making in the history of Montepulciano, famed for its Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, a superb Tuscan red produced nearby.
